Materials for a flat renovation
Build the shopping list stage by stage. Walls may need materials for preparing the substrate, levelling it and finishing it. For floors, count the base, the underlay, the covering and the fixings separately. In a bathroom, pick materials that suit the humidity and the finishing system you chose.
